I WAS FALSELY ACCUSED OF MOLESTING MY THREE CHILDREN PARTICULARLY MY OLDEST CHILD. IT WAS ALL A LIE.my wife was seeing a man who was a registered sex offender , this all happened in 1987.i went to jail i refused to plead guilty to something i didn’t do..i stayed in jail almost a year ,then they let me out…..both my girls over the years still come and see me or at least they did, till this recent charge of them saying i molested my grand children, which is a lie…when they arrested me the first time, my papers said my daughter said (my daddy) and me . Where I live is awful about this..my wife turned her back on me.now she is married to the same man the registered sex offender,,,i never touched anyone.if you can help me.

imy son has been accused of molesting his own daughter by his wife.she has often threatened to do this going back approx 7 years ago.She finally did it because she had an argument with me[the mother -in-law.
where is justice ,when they give you a verdict before all the facts come out?????

I was also accused of child molestation of my step-son and a niece. The accusations started flying after my sister in law, who is thirty one years old, by the way, accused me of trying to rape her. After that my childrens mother contacted a psychotherapist who had been treating my step-son for ADHD at our house. She had been seeing him for over a year. The therapist then took my kids mother to child protective services and made the complaint. Then the other sister joined in and said her daughter had told them that I had “touched her in her sleep”. The report went nowhere at first but after the therapist became involved the attorney generals office was called and I was investigated. The state put me in jail for the better part of a year while they tried to come up with evidence to convict me. They refused to turn over the video tapes of the child interviews. The mother of the niece is adamant that I molested her child even though I prohibited her from visiting our home. I have not seen her or her children at our home since my three year old was born. Also, I allowed a therapist to label me as a sex addict without considering the repurcussions. Never allow a psychotherapist to willy-nilly label you. I allowed it because she was doing a good job of helping my girl-friend with her drug problem. After the state dropped the charges I now have to contend with the child protective services that has taken my children from their mother because she relapsed when I was arrested. The psycho therapist drove this because I did not allow her to run me and my house. She kept telling me that I had control issues. It looks to me like she was the one with control issues. Also, now I am dealing with the attorney generals special investigator and the investigators involved in the case who are supporting child protective services decision to disallow me custody of my children. My children were taken from the sister in law. I understand that they now want to try the case in court. I now have to get specialists to come in and give their opinion on what the evidence says. I do not want to say anything more about the case because I will be going to trial. However, I want to say that I feel for all of you who have been accused of this. I know three other people who have gone through the same thing. There should be something done about this abuse of power which is allowed continue.

My friend mike called me on Thursday crying saying that his crazy girlfriend was going to call the police because she said her daughter and their daughter together said that he was making them touch him.he was arrested on Friday.his mom called me tongiht to let me know this had happend and he had a closed video court hearing today no mention though of out come the police told her they could not tell her what the charges were because they did not want her not to help him the biggest crock i ever heard.i know this girl is coursing her girls to lie but how can it be proven.This all started because they got back together and she did not want him being friends with me but he told her he was anyways.this is not the first time she has done this she did it to her ex husband to which was dismissed.How can i help my friend please i need advice

My son who is 15 has been falsley accused of mollesting a 9 year old. Never happened! the 9 year old was caught jerking off at his house in front of a 7 year old and blamed my son when he got in trouble. Even though my son was not there. This kid was begging to sleep over at our house 5 days before this happened. He said there were no problems at the sleep over which my 15 year old babysat for.
The alleged victim has a father who watches porn every other day and the boy still baths with his mother. I have 25 more pages of discrepencies that the DA does not care about. He has already admitted that the mother is a pathological liar but still wants to go forth with no evidence. This is not like forensic files where they have evidence…this is a modern day witch hunt that is destroying family’s by the day. What has our country come to??

i have been divorced from my husband since sept. he got full custody of my son because when i left i had nowhere to go it took me two weeks to find a place and in that time he filed for emergency custody. Now i live with a woman who i am madly in love with and he has been letting me have my visitation with my son. Now it has been about three weeks since i last seen my son and i have only talked to him twice. My ex has dhs investigating my girlfriend for molestation which has never happened! first of all i have never left he alone with him second she has had this happen to her and it still hurts her everyday, so she is very distraught over this and very suicidal. i dont know what to do or how to help her, no charges have been filed as of yet but dhs is involved. if anyone knows what we can do please help

To clarify what said about putting my life on hold was to point out the fact that I was doing everything my power to give my son these thing while his mothers knows that I do and yet is still pushing to say these allegations towards me without having a little objectiveness to the situation.

I have been falsely accused of “touching my son’s private part and tickling his butt”. Like most of the falsely accused I am shocked and cannot understand how someone can say I’ve would do this to my son. I LOVED MY SON FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART AND I KNOW THAT MY SONS FEELS EXACTLY AS I DO. I don’t understand how I can put my life on hold so my son can have the best education, recreation, and love from both of his parents. And this is not the first time. My son’s mother has accused me 3 years before of touching her daughter while I was at her father’s house. She said that her daughter was going to counseling for the matter. I looked up information about counselors and that they have the obligation to report to the authorizes what the child have said to them. NOTHING EVER HAPPEN. She bold faced lied about the situation and when I confronted her father about the matter, it seemed that everything got easier to handle with her because of the talk I had with him. And now 3 years later it happens again, except this time she actually makes a report to the police. I am sick to my stomach about what is happening and she has not put any effort into her allegations and is still willing to let me talk to my son over the phone which is now confusing me with her and leads me to believe that she is knowingly doing this on purpose to get our son full time. There is not one father I’ve seen in my neighborhood who is in my age group, treats and respects their children the same as I do. Being that said, I’m not sure how to go about everything except to get an attorney. If anyone has info that can help, it would be greatly appreciated. My heart goes out to everyone here who is dealing with this problem as I am.

My fieance was also falsely charged .. I hate this shit cause of his past they posted his bail at 500,000 Al we did was try to keep his x girlfriends daughter out of a druggie party life style It was his x,s daughter and despite that i love this little girl , what is killing me is all the doctors say she is fine but someone has put this shit in her head and she really belives he did it . She is only 4 years old and man she was like are own baby girl .. this shit is fu**** up now my man is gone and missed are baby girl be born and are 2 years b-day and IS LOOKING AT LIFE !!!! WHAT HURTS HIM THE MOST IS SHE THINKS HE IS A BAD GUY AND DID BAD THINGS TO HER… HE LOVES HER SOO MUCH AND FOR THE REST OF HER LIFE SHE WILL BELIVE WHAT HER GRANDMOM PUT IN HER HEAD FUCK HE TOOK AND PAST THE LIE TEST THEY HAVE HIS DNA WHY ARENT THEY LOOKING AT HER MOM SHE THE JUNKIE WHO KNOWS WHO SHE HAD HER AROUND!!!!
